Shaibaz and Yusuf met while working at a leading tech consultancy in Dubai, where they noticed a massive gap: businesses with great ideas were being let down by poor-quality software partners who over-promised and under-delivered.
In 2018, they left their corporate jobs to build something different. Nexora was founded on the principle that world-class engineering talent shouldn't be locked away in large consultancies — it should be accessible to ambitious companies of all sizes.
Seven years and 150+ projects later, Nexora serves clients across 15 countries, with offices in Dubai and London and a remote-first team of 30+ engineers, designers, and AI specialists.
